The Nasim Salamat Qazvin Tourist-Therapeutic Complex is one of seven health complexes under the Nasim Salamat Pasargad Holding, centered around the University of Medical Sciences, a 1,000-bed hospital, and a large 5-star hotel, on a site of approximately 95 hectares.It is located in the northeastern part of Qazvin city, on the northern lands of the Qazvin-Zanjan freeway and adjacent to the Barajin tourist road. The above complex is designed with the mission and mission in mind and in accordance with its location in the city of Qazvin, and consists of three campuses: health, higher education, and residential-welfare.
Overview
The presence of uses such as Islamic Azad University, the National Accelerator Site of the Atomic Energy Organization, the Science and Technology Park of Qazvin Province, and the Imam Khomeini University of Qazvin Development Plan in the vicinity of the aforementioned project has established this area as the educational, research, and technological hub of Qazvin in the comprehensive urban plan. Therefore, it has been proposed to envisage a higher education campus in the form of uses such as medical sciences faculties, medicinal plant gardens, and a science and technology park for pharmaceutical industries and medical equipment, with the aim of creating functional synergy between the site and its neighboring uses.
On the other hand, the proximity of the project site to the Barajin tourism model area, which is considered one of the important natural and tourist potentials of Qazvin city, has created a very suitable platform for the development of health-oriented uses, green tourism, and residential-welfare in the aforementioned complex. Hence, the prediction of health and residential-welfare campuses in the form of uses such as a 1000-bed hospital, affiliated clinics, a clinic hotel, a 5-star hotel, a comprehensive health tourism and sports medicine center, residential suites, and a shopping center. A multi-purpose sports complex, reception hall, and restaurant have been proposed with the aim of maximizing the potential of this neighborhood.

The largest specialized science and technology park for pharmaceutical and medical equipment industries in the country and the first and most modern comprehensive center for health tourism and sports medicine, focusing on championship sports at various international levels, are among the most important competitive advantages of this town.
The most modern comprehensive health tourism and sports medicine center
The total area of the various buildings and structures of the Nasim Salamat Qazvin Tourist and Therapeutic Complex is over 542,000 square meters. A significant portion of the project’s land area (more than 70 percent of the area) will be dedicated to green and open spaces, diverse vegetation, health roads and walkways, and medicinal herb gardens in order to achieve health tourism goals. The research farm, internal road network (pedestrian, pedestrian and bicycle paths), landscaping of user areas and public open spaces are dedicated. This has significantly improved the spatial and biological quality of the complex and the environmental indicators of the urban area surrounding the project.
