The services of conducting studies, phases zero, one and two, along with the interior architectural design and decoration of the Zafar office building, were assigned to Avgun Complex. The design of this project began in 2017. This building, with an area of approximately 16,000 square meters, consists of five parking floors, two lobby and commercial floors, and seven office and educational floors.
The roofs of this project are constructed using prestressed post-tensioned concrete within the sheath, resulting in thinner roofs and larger spans. The project also features a 17-meter console, which is noteworthy in itself.
- The study phase, design of phases one and two, and interior architecture, decoration, and furniture design have been completed.
- The construction operation has been entrusted to Avgon Paydar Iranian Company under a contract management agreement.
- Excavation and stabilization of the project’s excavation wall is currently underway.
