The design concept of the four-star hotel is a response to the physical and functional issues of the project and “creates interaction and connection between humans and the environment in order to create peace and hope” and a form that is consistent with the form of the hospital (as a prominent element of the site).And in line with the principles of Iranian garden design, it tries to create a kind of adaptation to the mental images of users.
Salamat Khatam City is located on a 100-hectare plot of land southwest of Qom city, west of the Varjan-Kohak road. The location of the hotel campus and health tourism center in the Khatam Health City development plan is planned for the eastern part of the hospital with 1,000 beds, and the southern part, with an area of 2.9 hectares.
