Pasargad Third Millennium Tower is located as the central building of Pasargad Bank with an area of approximately 60,000 square meters on Mirdamad Street, the financial and administrative hub of Greater Tehran. The building is located on a rectangular plot of land extending from Mirdamad Street (in the north) to Daman Afshar Street (in the south).It includes a motor home in the ninth basement, parking in the eighth to third basements. Service space is on the first floor, office spaces are on the second to twelfth floors, and management spaces are on the third to fifteenth floors.
Pasargad Bank Headquarter
The central branch of Pasargard Bank, located on Mirdamad Street, was designed and built with an infrastructure of 1150 square meters on 2 floors. The branch and main entrance of the tower are also located on the ground floor.
Design based on the principle of symmetry
The principle of symmetry has been used in the design of this building, so that the office spaces are located in the north and south wings of the building and the service and vertical transportation spaces are located in the center of the building.
