This office building with an area of approximately 7,300 square meters, including 4 basement floors, ground floor, and 5 office floors, is located as the Pasargad Insurance Building in Golshahr city of Karaj in Alborz province. All design and construction services have been assigned to Avgun Paydar Iranian Company under a contract management contract.
Currently, excavation and stabilization of the project’s retaining wall have been completed, and the foundation is being implemented.
